Who we are
SparkBack is operated by Ishaan Manish Rawal, an individual based in India. SparkBack is a personal momentum companion currently in early access at sparkbackai.com.

What we collect and why
Right now, SparkBack is in waitlist mode. The only thing we collect is your email address when you sign up. Nothing else.
Your email address. When you join the waitlist, we store your email address so we can contact you when SparkBack launches. We also send you a single welcome email confirming your signup.
A hashed version of your IP address. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent duplicate signups and protect against automated abuse. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you. We do not store your raw IP address.
The source of your signup. We record that you signed up via the website. This helps us understand which channels are working as we grow.
We do not collect your name, location, device information, browsing history, or any other personal data at this stage.
How we use your data
We use your email address for two things only:
- To send you the welcome email when you sign up
- To contact you when SparkBack is ready to launch or when there is something genuinely worth sharing
We will never use your email to send you promotional content from third parties, sell your address to anyone, or add you to lists you did not sign up for.
Where your data is stored
Your email address is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database service. Supabase stores data on servers located in Singapore. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
Welcome emails are sent via Resend, a transactional email service. You can read Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The SparkBack website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request metadata such as IP addresses as part of its infrastructure. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Request that we delete your data at any time
- Unsubscribe from any emails we send you
- Correct any inaccurate data we hold

Cookies and tracking
SparkBack does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third party analytics tools on this website. We do not track your behaviour across sessions or across other websites. There is no advertising, no retargeting, and no data shared with advertisers.
Children's privacy
SparkBack is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their data through our waitlist, please contact us at hello@sparkbackai.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
As SparkBack grows from a waitlist into a product, this policy will evolve. When it does, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify waitlist members by email before they take effect.
We will never make changes that reduce your rights without giving you clear notice and the opportunity to remove your data before those changes apply.
