Using SparkBack
By joining the SparkBack waitlist, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The email address you provided is your own
- You have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy
You agree not to use SparkBack or its waitlist to submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or impersonate another person.
Early access and availability
SparkBack is currently in early access. The product is being built and has not fully launched. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any particular features.
We reserve the right to change, delay, or discontinue any part of SparkBack at any time. If we shut down the service entirely, we will notify waitlist members by email with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the SparkBack name, logo, copy, and design, is owned by Ishaan Manish Rawal unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use SparkBack's branding or content without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
SparkBack is provided as a personal momentum tool on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about outcomes, results, or the impact the product will have on your life or goals.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ishaan Manish Rawal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SparkBack or your inability to use it.
